Ingredients

For a creamy, tasty Lasagna recipe, you need 1 pound of lean ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 can (29 ounces) of tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, 1 and ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 can (6 ounce) of tomato paste, 1 pack (12 ounce) of lasagna noodles, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, ½ a cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 12 ounces of grated cottage cheese and 16 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Preparation

Take a large skillet, and add the ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook on medium heat until the beef turns brown. Then, add the tomato sauce, the salt, oregano and the tomato paste. Stir until the ingredients blend well together. Cook until heated through. Take a bowl and mix the cottage cheese, the shredded mozzarella and the grated parmesan.

For a Shrimp Creole, you need ¼ cup of butter, 1/4 cup of buttermilk biscuit mix, 2 of tomato paste (6 oz cans), some dash pepper, 2 bay leaves, 1 cup of chopped celery, 4 lbs. of shelled shrimp, 1 chopped onion, 3 cups of water, 2 teaspoons of salt, ½ teaspoon of sugar, 1 cup chopped green pepper and some hot cooked rice.

Preparations

Take the onion and the quantity of butter, and sauté in a large skillet. Add the buttermilk biscuit mix and stir thoroughly. Add all the remaining ingredients to this mix, but set aside the shrimp and hot cooked rice (you won’t need the rice until before serving, so you don’t need to prepare it now). Cover the mix, and let it cook on the low setting for 7-9 hours.

Ingredients

You need a ¾ cup of water, 2 tablespoons of Cocoa, 1 egg, another ¼ cup water,1/4–½ cup of chocolate chips (if you want), 1 teaspoon of butter or margarine, ¼ cup of peanut butter, 2 and ½ cups of brownie mix and ½ a cup of brown sugar.

Preparation

Add the ¾ cup water, the brown sugar and the cocoa in a saucepan. Mix together and wait for it to boil. While waiting, take a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Spread the batter in the bottom of the crock pot, which should be buttered lightly beforehand. Pour the mixture that you set to boil earlier over this.

You need 1 pack of frozen peas (10 oz), 2 carrots cut into thick slices (slantwise), a finely chopped onion, 8 oz of sliced mushrooms, ¼ of a cup of red wine, 1 can (14 and ½ oz) of stewed tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of dry thyme, ¼ of a cup of flour (all purpose), a little more than 2 pounds of round lean boneless beef cut in cubes (should be trimmed of fat), 1 pound of small potatoes that have been scrubbed and cut (lengthwise) into quarters and some salt for taste.

Preparation

Add the onions, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms into your slow cooker and mix thoroughly. Take the beef cubes and layer well with the flour.
